If your order attracts a shipping charge, we will contact you to discuss the options and we'll get your approval prior to shipping.

We use top rated carriers and ship Australia wide. Items are always shipped in the manufacturer's original packaging, and some smaller items may also be packed into another box. Items are insured and it's our policy to deal with any shipping damages immediately, but it's a policy we have never had to put into practice.
